WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SIGNA clear start. An informed partnership.
Once your agreement is signed, we turn the approved scope into a working plan. Here is what to expect from onboarding through ongoing management. One-time projects follow agreed milestones; performance updates apply to active, ongoing marketing services.
01Discovery that goes beyond the basics
We build on your assessment rather than asking you to start over. Discovery covers your ideal customer and demographic, service area, most valuable work, current sales process, buying objections, industry differentiators and competitors. We also clarify capacity, seasonality and what makes an inquiry worth pursuing.
02A shared plan and starting point
You receive priorities, deliverables, an initial schedule and clear responsibilities for our team and yours. We agree on useful success measures and establish a starting baseline where data is available. Tracking gaps are identified before results are interpreted, and we confirm a primary contact and communication channel.
03Clear access and approval steps
We identify the accounts, brand assets and business information needed to begin, and agree on who can approve work. You know which creative, offers and website changes need review, when feedback is needed and which routine optimizations we can make within the approved plan. Pending access or approvals are flagged when they affect timing.
04An update every two weeks
For ongoing services, you receive a plain-language summary of completed work, what changed and why, results to date and next steps. If nothing changed, we explain what we are monitoring. For active ads, updates cover spend, inquiries or conversions, cost per result and available lead-quality feedback. We flag blockers and any decisions we need from you; service-specific monthly reports remain part of the agreed scope.
05Feedback that connects marketing to sales
We ask which inquiries were suitable, which became appointments or quotes, and which became customers. Your team supplies sales outcomes that marketing platforms cannot see. Together, we use that feedback to spot missed follow-up, weak messaging or capacity issues, and keep a record of decisions and outstanding actions.
06Recommendations that evolve with evidence
As performance develops, we review what to continue, adjust or stop. Promising trends may support expanding a campaign or adding a service that strengthens the existing strategy, but we check lead quality, costs and your capacity before recommending more investment. Any proposed addition includes its purpose, cost and success measures. New services or increased budgets require your approval before work begins.
